We endeavour to fulfill U.K orders within 10 working days. For overseas orders we advise 20 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption, and transferred using SSL encrypted technology. They are only decrypted after they reach our internal computer system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

| Returns/Guarantee |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its original condition and we will refund the product price, however this will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
