The Dennis and Dyer gym is a hub and safe place for children and adults to grow and develop life and fitness skills to allow them to pursue and prepare their personal goals.  Based in Loughton and here to support our local community. We aim to reach out to the surrounding areas of Epping, Chigwell, Debden, Woodford and further.

Dennis and Dyer boxing offers a bespoke solution through boxing training whether your goal is to compete and train through our elite boxing academy or for fun, fitness, and self-defence. You may even have a charity event boxing match you signed up for, we can help.
