All our coaches are ABA qualified who will help you enhance your competitive boxing skills or simply improve your own level of fitness.

We are a membership only club and therefore request that you come and watch part of a session before deciding to join us. All members will be required to spar and therefore gumshields and hand wraps are essential equipment.
 We do not offer trials.
